Install and maintain primary channel and major rock markers. The two primary activities are removing marker caps in the fall and replacing in the spring plus maintaining marker mounting pipes and caps.

If there is a decision to add, delete or modify markers, this committee works with the appropriate governmental agencies for the required approvals and township ordnances.

2011 ACTIVITIES.

Dan Carlson is currently working on securing funding to update and improve the markers for the entire chain. We will update you as this progresses.
